The qualification provides an opportunity to understand and practice a professional approach to training design and delivery, with a structured syllabus and assessment opportunity.

How long is the course?
It is a three day course.

The course is designed for anyone working

What am I going to learn?
 - How training can best be delivered to ensure effective learning
 - How to structure and design training sessions
 - How to make training sessions interesting, stimulating and relevant.

How am I going to learn?   The course involves a significant amount of hands on activity with additional work outside the session to develop the content and materials for assessment on the final day.

Is there a test involved?
In order to attain this qulification, candidates are assessed on their design and delivery of a short training session which they are required to deliver to other members of the group.

On completing this qualification, candidates will be able to understand and practice a professional approach to training design and delivery taking into account:

· Learning styles and preferences
· Training skills
· Training structure and design
· Training styles and communication

Things you should know
The course, workbooks and exam paper are only available in English. Lunch is not included though we will have a break for 45 minutes so everyone can get out for a bit of fresh air and a bite to eat.
