Level 3 HACCP

Catering and Manufacturing 

This practical, accessible and user-friendly qualification has been created to help caterers comply with EU legislation and provides a thorough understanding of how Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) based procedures can be applied in context to your businesses.

How Long is the course?

It is a three day course running from 10am - 5.30pm each day

What am I going to learn?

  • The importance of HACCP based food safety management procedures

  • The preliminary processes for HACCP based procedures

  • How to develop HACCP based food safety management procedures

  • How to implement HACCP based food safety management procedures

  • How to evaluate HACCP based procedure


Is there a test involved?
To pass the Level 3 HACCP qualification, you must take a 45 question multiple choice test (pass mark: 30/45). 

The exam is marked by HABC. The results are not available on the day of the course. 

Things you should know
The course, workbooks and exam paper are only available in English. Lunch is not included though we will have a break for 60 minutes so everyone can get out for a bit of fresh air and a bite to eat.
