Food Safety Level 2

Food safety training for food handlers. If you are responsible for catering in any environment you should be properly trained. The Level 2 Food Safety in Catering and Manufacturing,   course will provide you with an internationally recognised food safety certificate. 

So what is the Food Safety Certificate and why is it so important?

  • All food handlers must have a recognised qualification that is less than 3 years old.

  • Relevant staff or crew members within the yachting Industry must have a food safety certificate

  • Setting up your own bussiness? The Food Safety Certificate is the minimum requirment for anyone setting up a food related bussines.

The Course

The course provides learners with up-to-date food hygiene information using a range of written text, interactive exercises and video content to ensure learners thoroughly comprehend their food safety responsibilities.

What will you achieve?

The e-learning course will engage you in approximately 6-9 guided learning hours of training. Your knowledge will be tested by 50 multiple-choice questions, spread across the ten modules. On completion of the course, the system will produce a personalised HABC-commended certificate.
