Food Safety Level 3 

Online Study 

The Level 3 Food Safety course is for those responsible for implementing a food safety management system and those who need an understanding of the principles of HACCP and current legislation.

 

The Level 3 Food Safety course teaches you how to achieve excellent Food Hygiene Ratings, comply with legal requirements and protect your customers and your reputation. 

The Course

The course provides learners with up-to-date food hygiene information using a range of written text, interactive exercises and video content to ensure learners thoroughly comprehend their food safety responsibilities.

What will you achieve?

The e-learning course will engage you in approximately 9 guided learning hours of training. Your knowledge will be tested at the end of each unit via 5 multiple-choice questions. The pass mark is 100 per cent, with results available instantly.

Certification/accreditation

You will receive a Highfield e-learning completion certificate, which is downloadable upon completion. However, if you needs to achieve the full qualification you will be required to sit an exam. The exam date will be confirmed once you have booked your online course.
