Things you should know
As a pre-requisite, candidates must have the CIEH or Highfield Level 3 Food Safety Award or equivalent knowledge. This qualification requires candidates to have an analytical approach to food hygiene. Candidates will be encouraged to demonstrate how they can communicate legislation and positively encourage good standards within the workplace.
