Level 2 Food Safety - Highfield Accredited (MCA Approved) This is an internationally recognised Level 2 Food Safety qualification. Delivered via Hygiene Sue Virtual Learning, it is accredited by Highfield Qualifications and MCA Approved. This essential certification is mandatory for food handlers in high-compliance sectors, including yacht crew, ship's cooks, and other maritime industry professionals. Certification: Successful completion requires passing a 45-minute external exam consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions (pass mark 13/20). The exam can be taken online via Highfield Remote Invigilation or paper-based in a classroom.
