Highfield Level 4 in Food Safety in Catering & Manufacturing 

IDue to the current Covid -19 restrictions all classroom based training has been suspended. But don't worry we have been working hard to create Hygiene Sue- Virtual Learning.  A series of short recorded training modules by Sue Richardson, access to members only area for training materials, downloads and practice multiple choice exams. Ongoing support provided. Level 2&3 remote  examination with Highfield, Level 4 Classroom based examination. MCA approved
