The Level 2 HACCP course introduces learners to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points management system and will help you to understand how to comply with the law, how to work safely and efficiently and what each crucial step of the HACCP implementation process entails.
What am I going to learn?
Topics will include:
The role of the food handler in implementing a Food Safety Management System based on HACCP principles
The steps required to develop HACCP based food safety systems
Identifying hazards at each step in a food process
Implementing and monitoring control measures, including safe limits & Corrective actions
Is there a test involved?
This qualification is assessed by a 30 minute multiple-choice examination, where the learners must answer 9 out of 15 questions correctly to pass.
